Terms & Conditions of Use of the iTrack123 Australian Service.

Any customer of the iTrack123 Online Tracking service is required to agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use, to be signed and returned to iTrack Pty Ltd.  Full details are available on subscribing to the service.

In the main, it covers the legal use of GPS tracking products by the consumer who shall abide by all laws and regulations of all local, state and federal agencies within Australia.  iTrack123.com.au provides the facility to receive, store, process and display such information in various forms to the customer of the iTrack123 Online Tracking service.

iTrack GPS tracking devices are guaranteed to be supported by the iTrack123 Online Tracking service during the period of warranty, and iTrack Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or upgrade the service at its sole discretion in order to provide a quality commercial tracking service to its customers.

The Mobile Map Service is provided by a third party service provider to iTrack.  iTrack makes no warranties to the continued service operation except for current annual subscription customers.
